The State of South Carolina dictates Notarial Fees are $5.00 per notarization signature. Palmetto State Notary charges additional travel and convenience fees based on location and other noted criteria. Please read all Mobile Notary Public descriptions below.

Weekday Mobile Notary

Weekday Mobile Notary Fee (Monday - Friday) Travel fees apply based on the destination, mileage, and time. Includes Travel up to 25 miles from 29388 and two signatures $40.
26 or more miles from 29388 add an additional $1 per mile to the base $40 fee. includes up to two signatures.

A Mobile Notary is a Notary Public who travels to an agreed upon location to administer his or her notarial duties including but not limited to administering oaths and affirmations, taking affidavits and statutory declarations, witnessing and authenticating the execution of certain classes of documents, providing exemplifications and notarial copies, and performing certain other official acts depending on the jurisdiction.
A Mobile Notary typically charges a travel fee in addition to the standard fee for their notarial acts. The travel fee is charged in order to compensate the Mobile Notary for their time and travel expenses. At Palmetto State Notary we do not have a brick & mortar location our clients can come to. The addresses displayed in our ads and on our website are strictly for written correspondences and mailing purposes only. Palmetto State Notary's service is strictly mobile and by appointment only.

At this time, Palmetto State Notary does not have a physical brick-and-mortar storefront location for clients to visit. The address displayed on my business cards and website is for mailing purposes only. I provide all Mobile Notary services by appointment, at an agreed upon location.
